تلقى السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي اتصالاً هاتفياً من السيد محمد شياع السوداني، رئيس وزراء جمهورية العراق.

وصرح المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية المستشار أحمد فهمي بأنه جرى خلال الاتصال تبادل وجهات النظر حول عدد من القضايا العربية والإقليمية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وتطورات الأوضاع الجارية في المنطقة، إلى جانب سبل دفع وتعزيز أطر العمل العربي الجماعي.

كما تمت مناقشة الجهود القائمة لتعظيم التعاون الثنائي بين البلدين الشقيقين على مستوى المجالات الاقتصادية والسياسية كافة، خاصةً عن طريق تعزيز الآليات القائمة ومنها التعاون الثلاثي مع الأردن، وكذلك من خلال مؤتمر بغداد للتكامل الاقتصادي والاستقرار الإقليمي.

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call from Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, Mohammed Shia’ Al Sudani.

Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, said President El-Sisi and Iraq’s Prime Minister exchanged views on a number of Arab and regional issues of mutual concern, current developments in the region, and ways to advance and strengthen frameworks of collective Arab action.

The President and Prime Minister Al Sudani also discussed ongoing efforts to foster closer cooperation between the two countries at the economic and political levels, primarily by strengthening existing mechanisms, including the tripartite cooperation with Jordan, and through the Baghdad Conference on Economic Integration and Regional Stability.
